I do a weekly retro gaming podcast focused on the lost, forgotten, obscure, and sometimes just downright bad games from yesteryear called Joystick Tuggers! Listen to our newest episode here and find the others at joystick-tuggers.com or on iTunes!

Yes, I did follow you back in the day because of your Minecraft content but you keep posting entertaining stuff all the time so I’m still reading!
Anything I’d want to see YOU build or destory or just built or destroyed in Minecraft in general?
Really, my favorite aspect of Minecraft is the small community aspect that you can create on a private server so I’d love to see a whole town built by real players occupied by people who each have a unique occupation (basically, a mini-real world!).
Hey Minecraft Buddies,
It’s been a while, and we’ve been having some major server turmoil (hence the lack of posts and pics). Once Survival Multiplayer became actual survival (player damage and monsters), we decided to start a new map and had established a pretty sizeable base until we had a little bit of an argument between players over server rules and regulations and started a new clean map again only to start having the server crash on us ever hour or so. Right now, we are searching for a new home and looking into setting up a more stable and permanent server of our own.
I think I’ve gotten my old laptop to run with great stability and that it should be powerful enough considering we never had even more than 5 people on at once.
So look for new pics and stories coming soon once we decide on our home server!

I just wanted to let all of my followers know that I’m not dead yet and neither is the SMP server! I’ve just been busy with life as well as a slew of other video games. Building has slowed considerably since most of our people started up single player files and have been building there in order to get the full experience from most of the new features added in the Halloween update (like the Nether!). Thankfully though, Notch is pumping out updates quickly to get SMP working better then ever before.
You can expect a lengthy post filled with beautiful pictures chronicling the changes to the server since I last posted in a day or two. We’ve seen a spawn point repositioning and revamp (maybe by Zedarius?) as well as a few interesting new structures including the beginnings of my transcontinental railroad!
In the mean time, I’ve been playing lots of Black Ops and I’m always looking for more people to play with. Hit me up with a friend request. My gamertag is Dratizz. See you on the internet!

Yesterday’s Blingamid post got a lot of love from all you Tumblees out there so I decided to throw up a quick post with CritThreat’s most recent and hysterical addition to his and DarthWeiner’s mighty structure.

In the exact center of the Blingamid, CritThreat has built a smaller diamond pyramid housing our server’s first official sacrificial pit!

The sign’s easy-to-follow instructions tell you all you need to know about this pit. Simply take any virgin of your choice and drop her (or him, I suppose) here! It’s just that simple!

A cruel fate awaits anyone who happens to step into the pit, but unfortunately, the dark demon lord Krang is only pleased with virgin sacrifices. Simply nothing else will make him happy.
Additionally, I’d like to give out a bit of appreciate to all my newfound followers over the few weeks I’ve had this Tumblr going! I really feel like we’ve started to build an awesome Minecraft community across all our blogs!
Following all of our individuals stories is one of the things that draws me to video games beyond all other kinds of media. The fact that we can all play the same game and create such unique and vibrant stories never stops entertaining me. For more of my thoughts on this subject, check this article I wrote here.

Here’s to the future of the worlds we all created onward towards the Halloween update and beyond! Hazaa!
